I don’t want to face the fact
That the reason behind the act
Was for someone I want to see
But now cannot be with me
You’ve gone and flown away
One sweet summer’s day
Even before I could reveal
What my heart has put a seal
I don’t want anyone to be near
For my eyes would shed a tear
Cause the more memories I forget
The more my heart would regret
I don’t want to lose this pain
All I want is to retain
The moments I spent with you
Before my heart splits in two
I’ve always wanted to fulfill
The promise I made still
That the day we will meet
Our dreams will now be complete
I want to sing for you
With all my heart too
So that wherever you may be
My feelings will reach you safely
For now you are a star
I can only watch from afar
You’ll always be in my heart
Where we’ll never grow apart
